    .....................Tesoro Compadre. If it came with an 8" coil I would have bought one years ago. Just can't handle the idea of dry sand beach hunting with the tiny 5" coil. Or how about the coil found on the Cibola? Maybe I should contact Tesoro....................thanks for your opinions.

    If Tesoro was smart...................

    ............ they would put an 8" coil on their Compadre..............but they won't so I and many others won't buy one!!! A 5" baby coil is fine for tot lots but....... useless on the beach. I'd like to get one for the dry sand areas but wish they would offer an 8" coil option.
