    Last hunt of January

    Short hunt ends with a little luck...

    Made it out early enough, but as I said, the targets are getting quite a bit sparser. Quarters=(2) Dimes = (8) Nickles =(5) Pennies=(18) I also found 1 small key and 1 more dime......a 1950 Roosevelt silver dime. Due to it being cool and windy I quit early and the silver dime was my last coin.

    Charms but not Lucky.....

    I got out for another hunt and it is getting harder to find money in any amount. There are loads of targets but much junk, (23) = quarters (22)= dimes (9) = Nickles (35) = pennies (2) = charms and (1) cheap ring some keys and my second buffalo nickel but no date.

    Made it out for another hunt today. (11) = quarters (17)=dimes (9) = nickels (90) pennies 3 wheaties, 1946,1951D,1953D 1 KEY. DUG A REAL LOAD OF CARP AND STILL NO GOLD. I got a lot of bottle caps, pull tabs and assorted trash.

    I made it out kind of early and while it's cold here now. I put on my thermals and sweat shirt to keep me warm, Found a penny fast enough and things slowed down from there.
