    Ace saves the day

    A mate & i organized a hunt at an old park in a little rural town today to look for some old coins. it looked so good but had very little in it we spent 1.5 hours hunting & only came up with a couple of 1c pieces the mate went home a little disappointed & i decided to hit the 4 tot lots in town...

    hit the tot lots again

    Had a big day out hit a pile of tot lots found a ton of junk & some $$$ + two junk rings & no gold :cry:. the take for today was $34.10 in 79 coins three were foreign & six were 1c-2c pieces. the tab count was 75. here's the pics. lazyaussie

    penny pooping 10kg worth

    here's the Aussie equivalent to US penny popping the only problem is 1c-2c coins were taken out of circulation in 1991 & are now useless ( poop ) & worth only copper value. this pile has taken 4 years to accumulate mostly with the ace250 i usually only find these in large numbers hunting old...

    past finds- some more cool old finds including my oldest coin

    Here's some past finds the toy guns were from schools & are the best condition of the pile i"v found. the coins are a silver 1834 shilling & a 1806 penny this is the oldest coin i"v found so far & it"s going to be hard to beat both coins were found at a school just down the road i later learned...

    a cool past find- a huge Asian coin please help with ID

    Found this last season at a park with old houses around it. it was 6-7 inch deep in rock hard ground so had been there for a wile. at first i thought it was a washer but after a clean i could see some writing on it it took me ages to clean the corrosion off it so i could see it was a coin any ID...

    most of my old silver coins found the over last two years
