    Falcon............

Watched this bird fly up and land in the walnut tree today, flight was different than the red-tailed hawks we see every day, twice the size of a peregrine falcon, I'm not up on falcons, but I am curious what species this could be...............

Went to Indianapolis and joined the Colt fans saturday..............

at the Indy 1500 gun show, Colt fans, Winchester fans, S&W fans, no, not for the game, but the bargains seemed abundant, large, overwhelmingly huge show, packed shoulder to shoulder, maybe the biggest in the midwest, took my eleven year old S&W 38 j-frame and quickly got an offer to trade for...

It hangs slightly lower than my knees.................

But this belt and holster completes my Ruger-rig, more gun than I was looking for, but it handled very nicely at the range, I don't plan to wear this for everyday carry, but the leather is a very handsome complement to my new wheel gun..........

Found this after work today at an 1860's home site (demolition) I am vaguely familiar with military/civil war buttons, and I am inclined to think this could be both, who are the experts here, no use showing the back, it has thick encrustation, any input would be generously appreciated...........fred

In a move similar to Ray's, Ive traded off my Chevy............

For a Jeep Wrangler, the 93 Siverado had been quite faithful, but I was no longer comfortable taking it too far out of town, was gonna need tires soon, almost a thousand bucks, this truck was immaculate inside and out, it hadn't been driven in the rain in 5yrs, hadn't been in the shop in the...

    Small but effective CCW...........

After purchasing my CZ Skorpion, I wanted to get a small .32 auto, after looking, the Beretta Tomcat seemed to be the best option available, I picked this up just minutes after Gander Mountain put it on the shelf, went straight to local indoor range and put 50 rounds of Winchester through it...

    We were jammin...............

Friend and I went shooting again yesterday, first time out with my CZ scorpion, naturally being new, I did experience a few jammed cartridges, more of an ejection problem than a feed issue, but I notice that my partner, who has two Glocks, a colt, and a Kimber, all autos, all these guns have one...

    For all you shooters.............

I would'nt recommend this at a public range, but if you got room to shoot, look for this at your local gun show, my shooting bud picks this up in Indy or louisville gun shows, but today in Evansville, at a large gunshow, I got a case for 90 bucks, somewhat stable ingredients, only detonated by...
