    Went back to the same area where I had found the 1892 Silver Half dollar, and dug up this historic Bank Token, associated with the Lower Canada Insurrection of 1837. ( ? Quebec Province ) It's soaking in olive oil at this time in hopes of mild cleansing, Here's some pics. Magz

    Nice chunk of silver from under the rocks at ankle deep water detecting

    Tons of sand flies and sand fleas at the beach yesterday in this humid weather ..so I headed out to ankle deep water as the tide was receding. Heard a nice high, solid sound under a group of rocks on the ocean floor, removed a couple of the rocks, and recovered a cuban / curb style silver...

    SLIM PICKENS AT THE BEACH THIS MORNING, BUT PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT HELPED ME OUT A LITTLE

    Help! ID needed on this strange animal that I found roaming around our yard

    Weather here has been "iffy" for the past few days, so I hunted only about 1/1/2 hrs. each for two days trying to stay ahead of the rain. Today I missed a torrential down pour by about 10 minutes. All finds were in wet sand slope. Got just a medium tone rather than the usual higher...
