    I didn't get an actual $$$ appraisal, only that due to its weight, color and size it might be worth a hefty price.

    It really isn't that much if I were to weigh it. Mabe 0.2 gram. Finding it is kind of like metal detecting. There are hunted out spots, spots with little gold and sometimes you find a good streak of gold. It's the "search" that is most of the fun.

    Yes I do. I find the odd little ball of that stuff left over from the prospectors from 100 years ago. I save it and have a small ball of it loaded with gold.
