    Thanks! This is only the third one I have found. I found one in a fire pit a long time ago and I found an iron one about a month prior to this one. But this is the only brass one I have found, and is in the best condition of my three.

    That looks just like it! There is a broken piece right where the attachment shows on your picture. So the attachment broke off and the centerpiece is also missing but it must be that watch fob. Thanks!

    Looks like you also have a lamp wick base. The last one I found had an 1800’s patent date around the base. See if you can clean up around the base and if there’s any writing there.
