    Not yet some chimney size rocks spread about. Beautiful spot on ridge flat spot above small year round spring. Found square nails and many iron signals I’ll dig later.

    Taliaferro County Ga. Nice old flat buttons and my first ball button. No coins but hopefully will find one soon. Flat nails around so imagine log cabin was there. Wish I knew how to find the dump and privy sights. Pretty good for couple hours sweat

    From the looks of the well this place goes back 1800s. Flat button marked London and musket ball found 5 feet apart. The broach was first jewelry found in a while.     Nice weather but not much found 1941 wheat 1953 Jefferson best find was an old cufflink, lots of farming implements 2 nice old ax heads gonna clean up. Area was thick pines, unable to locate the 1800s areas but 400 acres is hard to traverse in just 2 days. Old homeplaces loaded with iron.
