    I’ve been hunting there for years, using different detectors and different settings, different weather conditions. I’ll continue to search that place til I’m no longer recovering anything interesting.

    The soil is shallow, on top of limestone. Using Minelab 3030 with 6” and 11” coil. Blocking out very little. Almost all-metal setting to get the big iron out.

    Is the small coin above the spoon a silver dime? It looks like it has a shiny edge. Don’t throw that stuff away or you’re throwing away $$$. I save brass, copper, aluminum, and lead in separate buckets. I make over $200 twice a year at the metal recycler.
