    I use 950 concentric....and it does well here.....but low minerals in my area.

    moving from XL-Pro to V3i

    Sounds like a good plan. I added 5.3 and 950 when I upgraded from xlt to v3i....just be sure coils are v-rated. Good luck with the new machine....think you'll love it. I also use stereo mm and it's the stuff...lol..gl and hh!!!

    Which of these two batteries would you prefer?

    I use the whites battery in my bhid and the rnb 2900 in my v3i.....haven't had any problems with either one....for the vx3 I would use the rnb 2900(lighter-charges faster-lasts longer).....good luck with whatever ya decide to do.

    V3i and older Vision V3i interference

    Agree w/headphone channel change.....I've hunted w/2 other v3i users and we had to change hp channels....easy enough....cleared right up....gl and hh!!!

    Ground Balancing the V3i and VX3

    + 1 or 2 will help you find smaller targets and/or lower conductors.....-1 or 2 will help ya run a little quieter....mineralization....gl and hh!!!!
