    Filter choice

    I've tried 'em all.....5.0 & 7.5 dirt huntin' for deep targets.....10.0 & 12.5 dry sand beach huntin' and totlots, etc......hunt w/v3i...mostly light/moderate soil texas gulf coast.....soil is very forgiving here.....interesting topic....thanks for postin'!!

    VX3 batteries

    Use the Li-ion HP 2900 for v3i and the HD whites rechargeable for the bh 300..... use the aa eneloopes for headphones....alkalines in spare packs....got it covered...lol!!

    Don't dig 90-94 vdi unless.......much larger(sizing) signal(large silver)......large silver coin vs nail head lead cap.....sizing....gl and hh!!!

    V-Rated Coils List?

    Ones that I can think of .....10dd...9.50....6x10....5.3.....4x6 - from whites. Aftermarket coils I'm not sure of.....10x12 sef - 6x8 sef????? Hope that helps....gl and hh!!

    I like/use stereo mm - keep 'em even 0/0 - sens - am 65 disc 85 - rx 4-7....usually works for me. Sometimes push setting a little....but I like stable machine - good vdi#s. gl and hh
