    silver finds today at the old farm

    well ole bill-il and myself went and hit an old abandoned farm house that we have permission to hunt...even got permission today to dig the old privy if we wanted to...anyway scored some silver today 1928 merc 1925 S.L.Q. and a 1897 barber quarter as well...so all in all not a bad day...thanks...

    weird morgan

    i got another morgan silver dollar today at the same place i got the last one...BUT..this one is weird,worn the heck out and has a number stamped into it....anyone have any clues as to what the numbers might mean????:confused::shrug:

    gold coin found august 2007

    found this five dollar gold coin at a side walk construction site last year...in pretty good shape ..I'm not sure if the excavator nicked the edge or me but it was in the dirt pile the took out about 4inches not sure how deep it was before they excavated it tho

    well i got out with bill-IL from the forum on Monday as it was supposed to be near 50 but it never saw 30 i don't think...wind was 30mph with 40 mph gusts so we had a time of it...but we did OK ..froze our butts off tho...i scored 2 mercs and 2 Rosie's and last and best was 1886 Morgan silver...
