    Not only did the weird hole coin clean up nice. I found his brother!!!!!!!! One is clearly dated 1671 and the other is dated 1645. Well they are for sure not from the orient. There are english letters on both coins. I would love to hear opinions. I am sorry for the scanner pics. :detecting:

    Mystery Coins...A little help PLEASE.

    The one on the Top was found last year with a cheapy detector about 4-5 inches down. The one on the bottom was found today along the banks of the CT. River , I think I overcleaned it . Thanks for looking I cant find either on this Forum. I don't know if there is any real value to them.
