    Can anybody help?

    Just tried out a Super 12 coil on my DFX in the woods, but every time the coil comes in contact with a branch, bush, or whatever, I get a squealing sound. I'm using the beach and jewelry mode. Awfully difficult to swing without some contact. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    12" Spider coil with DFX

    One great feature of the Whites DFX is that you can walk at a pretty good clip, and still be productive. Will this be the case with the 12" coil, or do I have to slow down?

    DFX on the beach

    Okay,okay,so I can't go in the water to hunt like those Excaliburs, but my DFX has found 16 gold rings in the wet sand in the last six months. As soon as I learn how to reduce the picture size, I'll post the pictures. PS. I have an Excalibur 1000....just don't use it very often.
