    First Silver Ring And 2nd surprise in hole.

    Childs signet ring probably from 1970s near the more modern house. There is a 1800s old farm house long gone on property. Found an old plow blade plus native artifact in same hole. Ring says sterling and ESS rest unreadable.

    From Homeplace in Georgia

    Has Pat. date Dec. 21 1888. Unable locate patent number. I believe the one part swivels down. Maybe a garter clip. Kinda heavy though. Think brass.
