    Thought I had a Chondrite specimen...

    First dug this at a school field and thought it was a chondrite specimen one the kids had taken out of science class. The divots, weight and bits of sparkle really had me until I tossed it in my ultrsonic cleaner... Turns out to be a golf club LOL.

    Got out for a short bit and hit one the old fields nearby before the grass gets too tall. Not a lot of trash there so it is pretty much a dig all area with the exception of old iron.     Ancient Order of Hiberians Sword Hilt

    Got tired of looking at the snow out my windows so I figured I would share this find I got last spring. 1860's sword hilt. Unfortunately I couldn't find any other parts to it. Enjoy.
