    This last weekend i went to a club hunt, it was at an old collage here in Portland. There was around 15-20 club members detecting, there was at least 10 Explorers. I was the only one using an SE, and I was the only one to find any silver coins, 2 dimes. Does this mean anything, probably not...

    Explorer too Heavy - I don't think so

    What is it with all the complaining about the Explorers being too heavy. I'm 57 and fat, i don't have any problem swinging this SE for 8 hours or more. I'm beginning to wonder if some of you folks should maybe start working out, maybe start lifting some weights or something. Jerry/Oregon

    SE finds

    I had a nice morning my first platinum ring:clapping:it was about 6in. and come in just above a nickel on smart find screen. I think the SE is better sounding on nickels then my EX1 was. Also got a 1899 barber dime and a 43 Mercury, the silver dimes surprised me, first time in awhile i found one...
