    RR Bag Tag

    I found this in a field that is known for CW relics...... what the heck is it????? 2.5" long, copper, notched with precision, wrapped with copper wire, and clipped neatly at both ends.

    What is this?... A tool?...

    It is 2-3 inches long, made of copper, and has thinner copper wire wrapped around the bent end. Maybe a tool of some sort? Part of a canteen stopper? What??????? Please help!!!
