    How/where can I learn other then factory settings.

    I got my explorer 11 2 weeks ago and I found only 4 dimes 5 pennies and 1 ring.Is there any other pro settings someone can help me to hunt for coins,jewelry and old coins?I am just frustrated to understand the settings.I have been digging up to 5" and still beeps in the hole but nothing comes...
