    D2 coil

    I'm new to the v3i and only have adout 6 hours under my belt so far. I am not sure if I like the D2 coil. Its sure alot different than other double D coils I've used in the past. The detection field seem soft and spongy and with a hot spot in the center in discrimination mode while detecting...

    The V3i plunge

    Well after some long thought and lots of reading here on this forum and a few PMs. I made the v3i purchase late this afternoon and hopefully will see it tomorrow. I was a long time dfx users and hoping the learning curve wont be to hard. Thanks to Larry(IN) and Larry @ NWI for helping me out.

    Question about the Explorer S

    Were dose the Explorer S fall in the explorer family? I tried to google it and dont come up with much? Is this a good unit, is it in the lines of the quattro? What would be the going rate for a vary clean little use unit.
