    when using this detector on a beach,which is better for finding targets?the 14 inch mono or the 8 inch?i know the 14 inch covers more with every swing but I have trouble pinpointing a target with it.is there really much difference in the depth?blowfly

    on the infinium the mono coil and the wide scan coil are interchangeable.is it possible to run the seahunter using the widescan coil off the at pro? the plug fittings are the same.or would I need to purchase an infinium widescan coil?blowfly,bye for now,hh

    coils

    currently using the 5x10 dd coil in parks and beachs,was wondering whether 9"mf cc might be better in parks for finding lost jewellery as my ring count has died down a bit.the ground here is pretty mild.of course maybe i have cleaned it all out,you think?blowfly

    i have the at gold and was wondering if i purchased a concentric coil for it,would it be of a benifit to me? i'm not out on the gold fields most of the time and the soil here is pretty mild.i was thinking of the small one,6x9 8inch,to use in the local parks.blowfly

    has anybody experienced the short life of the pro pointer in wet muddy conditions?i have had two in three years years and both have died by allowing dirt and grime to penetrate through the button access.not funny,$150.00 a throw.i try to keep them as clean as possible when in the field.great...

    i have access to a swimming bath's sanded area and it has re-enforced concrete under the sand. could one ground balance the re-enforced concrete out with the vaquero and still find the little lost treasures that may lurk there.bye for now,blowfly

    after watching several training films about the garrett at gold in the parks,i was wondering why they didn't use concentric coils.shorely they would have perfomed better than the 5x8dd in discrimating out the trash.i have just got one and i will buy the concentric coil to suit to hunt in parks...
