    Any minelab 7000 users .Good-bad

    Just looking to se how the 7000 are working out in the feild. Got a chance to hold one but thats it seams kinda unbalanced and heavy.

    Places where I hunt have bad hot rocks and bad ground .If you used a minelab GP -GPX and also have used the ATX would like to know what your thoughts are about the new ATX..Good with hot ground - Good depth .Thanks

    Goldscan 5C Any more info?

    Like to know what the owner's of the knew Goldscan-5 C think about the detector .Easy to ajust to ground balance? Good depth? How doe's it work in black sand's ,Iron stone's-ECT .Hobby:confused:

    TDI- Hot rock's

    Any one know how the new TDI's handle hot rock..........Like in the C.A Sierra's. Thay can be a big problem with VLF's ,I dont know any one who has one.......Thank's Hobby:blink:

    Minelab company-Sold

    A freind just told me that Minelab the company has ben sold to some big outfit in Australia. He could not remember its name thoe.Thats why thay have ben letting people go at Minelab USA in AZ......I don't like the sound of that.....Any one els here any thing........Hobby:shocked:

    Stolen detector ?

    I just bought a detector of a guy on craigslist list sacto CA and I think it might be stolen. He only wanted $ 400 with two coil's .I saw the add had just came up on craigslist so I jumped on it good deal right? He said I could just meet him at a coffey shop down the street from him I said sure...

    My third time out with the SE

    This is my third time out hunting with the SE and after 4 1/2 hour's I got 5 quarter's 10 dime's 13 penny's And am starting to figure it out .Depest coin 7'' quarter .I can see the Explorers can be good at finding good targets next to bad one's.It slower going but I feel I din't miss any coin's...

    Need air test info to test my SE

    I'm trying to find out what kind of depth in the air I should be getting ( quater,dime, penny)..... just picked up a used SE and I am trying to see if every thing is working good .Would like to compare it to other's .I know in the ground it will not be the same.........Thank's jerry:thumbup:

    What kind of battery life are you guy's getting with your Explorer SE .Also is the depth you are getting worth the cost. I heard some say there getting quarter's from 13'' 14'' inches down.I have a chance to get one and want to know what to expect. Thank guy's.........:huh: Hobby

    How deep will the stock coil go?
