    Nicle at 9"

    Burried a nicle at 8" (East Florida, back yard), so I guess call it 9" with grass/coil height. I can get it clear with my Shadow X3, but with my SE just an occasional hint of a nickle. Got the sense turned up etc. What can I do to detect that nickle with the SE?

    Minelab output Impedances

    It's hard to get info from Minelab about output impedances. I was wondering about the Extera in particular and I don't have one. What I usually do with a machine is connect an open plug to the headphone jack and measure the RMS at no load. Then I connect maybe a 1K ohm variable resistor or...
