    Need another detector!

    I started my 10yr old out on a coin master because if he uses it for a year or so it wasn't that much money. He has the rest of his life to figure out if he wants to buy a better machine. I'll leave that up to him. Meanwhile I can still have fun with the v3i and not get beat up so bad by him...

    Quick afternoon hunt and came up with this! I guess its a keychain. Dont know why its in Tx but i will take it. It was about 6 inches down and hit hard on the 2.5 at 84 vdi. thanx for looking and HH!1

    Come on down about 2 hours south and I'll take you to the park that I've been finding all that silver at! 1 Barber Qtr, 1 SLQ, 2 Wash Qtr, 2 Barber Dimes, 3 Mercs, 3Rosies, 3 War nickels, 5 buffalos, and tons of Wheaties! I may have got it all lol. And they say that park was hunted out!!

    I went to a couple of elementary schools and had a pretty good day. I popped out my 23rd silver coin a 42 merc, a 10k ring, a sterling silver ring #14 and 15, a japanese coin, a token, and a handful of wheaties. HH everybody!!!

    I went back to the same ol park that I have been going to every weekend this summer but no silver this weekend. What I did pop out was as cool as a silver coin though, a Saloon token!! I love tokens!!

    They are redoing a stretch of about 1 1/2 mile long. There will be more finds to come! @ I don't have any problems here in Tx, but Tx is very big not all of the soil is the same.

    Problems to configure v3i

    Watch your DVD over and over! Learn how to ground balance your machine that's very important. Start out in coin and jewelry, that is very hot right out of the box and just teach yourself. And also turn your VCO on it will help in pinpointing!
