    first time out this year got a ring

    .925 silver band. So could go either way on diamonds. Went to my local walmart and hunted the snow drifts .found ring first min detecting hope thats a good sign for this upcomeing summer :) Was cold out 28 deg brrrr warm weather is comeing. Happy hunting all! will post pic as soon as i can...

    water and sand hunt

    went to a local beach today . my first hit was the 42 merc dime about 3 inches down near the edge of the sand . also 2 wheat's. had a good 2 hour hunt was warm .and the water felt great. happy hunting all !

    bad day :(

    had the pro out at the beach for 4 hours and all i got was a hair band 2 pop tabs and pop cap. I'm thinking someone hit my after the fourth honey hole. figured i would retire after today but i didn't . guess i will have to hit a new spot tomorrow ( aw shucks ) :laugh: happy hunting all !

    at pro dunk and stupid move :)

    finally took the at pro into a lake today. the multiple dunks went great no problems as of now. now for my stupid move . seen battery life was down to 1 bar with no problems . still decided to change batteries . took old batteries out installed new ones check simple right? turned back on at pro...

    1881 Indian

    took the at pro to a old hotel today found alot of coins best was this Indian penny from 1881 . really liking my at pro. cant wait till my pro pointer arrives this week.

    found my first Indian head penny with the new at pro late tonight on a quick hunt will try to get a pic still trying to figure date out. back of penny is crisp but front wore down. looked to be 1884 .

    well i finally did it!

    Pressed that nice buy button on ebay for the at pro about 2 mins ago. Guess I better give the wife some shopping money now. I have been waiting to upgrade the ace 250 .thanks for all the posts been learning alot about it b4 I even bought it. Happy hunting all will post pics when I get her home...

    :detecting:finally ! started mding late last summer . went to a vol fire dept today that i used to live near, knowing before they built it there were older houses there.herd also there was a plantation there but did no research on that . day started off kinda crappy lots of junk and a few clads...

    weather up date nw Pa.

    snow is here in nw pa :rant: guess its time to research some areas to hunt come fall . by any luck the snow will melt for 1 day and let me get 1 more hunt in :wink:
