    I have so much to learn

    For some reason, here in eastern Washington, rusty nails buried horizontally will sometimes give a really good signal, steady tone with good numbers. When pinpointed and you dig that spot there is nothing. Enlarge the diameter of your hole and there is the nail. Gotta dig though.
