    I use the 6x10 the the 4x6 on my V3i and nothing else they both are awesome coils. If the coils are not stamped with a "V" do not use them on the machine.

    Each situation is different ///the ground, the emi, the trash , whats close to your machine..cell towers etc.. Use the sweep and the ground probe to tell you.. Ground balance often......

    It depends what your hunting for the ground conditions and amount of trash I myself find everything with the 6x10 and the 4x6 coils The large coils you speak of would be good for the beach maybe..myself I still use those two coils at the beach also. I have over 6 pounds of silver and 8 pounds...

    Your not going to find much in that kind of settings with that 5-3 coil.....Get the 4x6 for sniping and the 6x10 for wide areas.....they are both top notch coils for this machine..I do not use anything else...the stock coils with White's machines are not much.....except maybe the beach.....then...

    Believe me the V3I with a 4x6 snipe coil does just as good or better then a gold bug:detecting:

    Yesterdays finds from two parks

    This is from two parks and about four and a half hours of hunting with the 6x10 coil.. I was moving pretty fast just to see how many coins I could get I got over 100 coins and a few tokens....ignore the rolling papers :unsure: Mort When the V3i Speaks I listen !!!
