    Having trouble updating V3.0

    I have had trouble doing the update of the V3.0 . I downloaded the update I then followed the update instructions steps 1-2-3-4 on step 3 after I pushed yes on the confirm the word UPDATE came on the screen of the remote control with the return arrow on the lower right of the screen then step 4...
