    standard batteries vs rechargable

    Looking for your opinions regarding rechargeable batteries in the AT pro vs. standard non rechargeable. I recently started using some rechargeable eneloops and there seems to be a dropoff in performance.

    Ancient Chinese coin

    Today I began detecting again after rehabilitation on my knee and a move from Southern California to the Pacific Northwest. I found $1.00 of clad and this ancient (according to my research) Chinese coin. It could be a fake but is still nice to add to my collection of foreign coin finds.

    AT Pro finds gold 2nd time out

    So this morning I go to this patch of grass (maybe 50' x 50') by a basketball court that I have pretty much hunted out with a Minelab. I set the AT pro on Pro zero with the iron disc to 35.     Found my usual clad and a couple of cool items this week. The 10K gold ring in a sand tot lot. No hallmark but tested good. Not sure if it is plated or solid. 4.7 grams.     Dig your 40 signals

    Hi guys. I recently purchased the Safari. I read Andy Sabisch book and have learned a lot. One thing I disagree with is he says to notch out 40. I dug this sterling and gold filled bracelet on a 40 signal today in coin and jewelry mode.
