    X35 is the better option hands down. 5 selectable frequencies versus 3 of the Hf coils. Those five will give you the best of the best for relic and coin hunting.     Well my only solution to that would be to maybe try a Xp deus or Xp orx. Everyone else I know that has hearing issues says they can hear the Xp headphones just fine. Not to mention they are are featherweight machines to help with the limited mobility.

    I would go with the 9x5. Prob the best coil for just general all around hunting and will give you a bit better separation then the 11x7 coil.

    Nox v. Deus: Which should I buy?

    Both great machines. I absolutely loved the nox with the carbon fiber shaft setup and 6" coil. Swings like a breeze almost as light feeling as the deus. If ya get the deus get the ws4s and 9x5 Hf coil for heavy trash and the 9" X35 coil. Really only need the Hf coils if your gonna prospect but...
