    What benefit is the new setup.

    You apparently don't believe in the philosophy of "if it's not broke, don't fix it." I assume there has to be some intrinsic value to the changes you have foisted upon your users. I acknowledge your right to do whatever you want with your site. No question that you can do anything you wish...
