    best procedure for changing between coils

    I just got a 5x8 DD coil for my ATP and was wondering if there is a procedure for switching between coils? I thought I read somewhere that a reset is required for the machine to "recognize" the new coil, any truth to that.......?

    Am I imaging things or does the ATP proformance decrease with less than fresh batteries?
