    Garrett Pro Pinpointer, has anyone cut the speaker wires?

    I dont care about the warranty. I dont want to use tape or cork. Its a nice pinpointer but i want zero audio. Maybe garrett will offer vibrate only on there next model.

    ...XS 10,1/2 INCH stck coil, just chatters and wont detect, even with coil cover removed, any ideas?

    4 days ago about 4 hours into a hunt my 10.5 inch stock XS coil went nuts and started chattering like crazy.
