Need help identifying
I found this in close proximity (25') to a Eagle" C" button , 5 - 3 ring bullets and some other war related items. It is in a yard not far from a local skirmish. It is lead and 1.4" in diameter . Was hoping it was a cannon ball but I'm confused as to why the enlarged hole. The hole was...- Dkevin

Need some help with this one. I found this within about 20' of Civil War bullets, buttons, a Union US buckle. Can anyone tell me what this may be?
It fits my ring finger perfectly which is a size 12. Confused as to why the odd shape and if it really is a ring.- Dkevin
