    Few More Crawfordville Ga Finds

    Ahhh finally cooler weather. Some neat finds. Horse Head watch fob and the tiniest silver something with appears to be keyhole. Also few other relics. Only coin was a 1940 s wheat on logging road.

    Finally detecting without sweating to death. All around my spot old stone lined well. Small flat button seems to be oldest. The horse badge(watch fob?) and 2 hole brass thing same hole. Nice spear point was in shotgun Willy hole.

    Put in bout 3 hours same ridge. 4 buttons couple round balls possible piece shoe buckle and unknown piece brass 2 holes maybe off furniture. Still searching for the elusive coin.

    This is the button total so far and the only iron buckle I have found. One good thing no plow blades so far. But this is in a 60’x60’ area. Couple of the small iron signals I dug have been square nails.

    Weird site my brother found one of the buttons 8” down and I have found them as shallow as 2. The lack of spoon bowls or other kitchen items strange. Probably in a dump site nearby. The little pieces of silver jewelry was nice
