    A new find in western Ukraine

    This was found in two parts but they obviously go together. Was so thrilled to find this. Probably a belt buckle.

    I have NO CLUE

    Sorry, I posted this in the wrong place. This was found in Western Ukraine along the old trade route from Scandinavia through Ukraine to the Baltic Sea. So many cultures traded through here. It is 6" wide, very fragile, light metal. Any guesses on age or purpose?
