    Never mind I see the cable was listed. I see the arm cuff is different but looks like it has glue or something under the arm cuff part.

    Was the arm cuff broken? I had a nice one I sold for $450 and keep kicking myself. When you say the sheathing is coming off what do you mean is that the cable covering or bottom separating from the top?
