    I got my refurbished classic 5ID in yesterday from one of the supporters here...seems to be in good working order.. first good impression is tone same as my old 6000 pro ...seems a little chirpy but has a little more depth...good balance!!! i think it will do till i can get an xl pro or m6...

    landstar tones??

    Got the wife a new landstar detector for christmas i have been testing it and can not seem to get all three tones??? a quarter = high, dime = high, a nickle is same low tone as iron.... all the reading i have done says nickle should be mid tone.. i have not heard mid tone yet on anything...

    classic 5ID vers classic 5ID pro???

    I am seeing ads for the classic 5 ID and some adds for classic 5ID pro is there any difference..I know they advertise i believe 30% deeper with the pro 9.5" coil vers the 8"coil.. a pro coil does not make it a pro machine or does it ?? Thanks Ajo, AZ

    Xl Pro vers Classic 5ID Pro

    I have been looking for a low priced upgrade i currently have a 4900d Pro and a 6000 DI pro but i left them at my summer place in WV. and am spending the winter in AZ.by the time i ship them and the costs involved a might as well apply that toward an upgrade instead.... i have been meaning to up...
