    old Yale padlock - age?

I found this Yale padlock with my T2 in an old Los Angeles park this morning. It was obviously made especially for the LA park system. On top it says, "Super Pin Tumbler - Lubricate with graphite." The stuff on the shackle is corrosion, not dirt. The body of the lock appears to be brass or...

    ID oddities

Here's some recent T2 park finds. A '46 Washington, 3 silver Roosevelt dimes ('59-'64) and a couple wheats. One of the wheats is a 1909 (not VDB or S). Odd: The ID on one of the silver dimes bounced between a tab and a zinc (?) but it was only about 6 inches down and was lying flat as far as...

    T2 site is back up

here: http://www.tekneticst2.com/home.sstg From the FAQ: "In 2007 we intend to develop a smaller accessory search coil for even better target separation." " ... the next models we have in mind are different from the T2 and do not replace it." EC

    found this morning

While cherry picking in a local park this morning my T2 found this little 925 ring at 7 inches down. Found some wheaties and clad too. I've been over the spot before with another detector but only found stuff at 3-5 inches there. Today, with the T2, most of my finds were 6-8 inches in that...
