02 on remote

When remote is off and while charging, I see the battery charging indicator and 02 in the lower left corner. Just wondering what it means. Because I'm curious that way.
 
I had heard it was the tx power level you are running at. But cant find anything in writing. Mine also doing the same and my tx level is 2.
 
I believe it is an indicator of the firmware language new in V4. 02 indicates English.
