10 x 14" EXcelerator II EQ2 Pro Search Coil

I'm looking seriously at one of these "10 x 14" EXcelerator II EQ2 Pro Search Coil" for my Ace 250. This one, along with my standard coil and my "Sniper", I think, will cover any detecting situation I may come up against. It's on sale at Kellyco for $99.95 and the "9x12 PRO formance Elliptical" coil is going for $99.95 at Garrett. Same price...is one better than the other? Have any of you guys tried out one, the other, or both? Opinions/reviews will be much appreciated.
 
I have the EQ2 and I like it. It'll go 14" depth easy and cover a whole lot of area at once.
It is a little heavier but well balanced, so once you get used to the swing it will be fine.
Pinpointing took a little getting use to, because of the double D configuration. I usually de-tune and pinpoint off the front tip.
Just be prepared to switch to the sniper in trashy areas as that 10x14" will make your ACE sing like a bird in trash.
It was a great investment at $169, so at $99 it's a steal.
