11 INCH XP DEUS COIL

HAS ANYONE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE 11 INCH XP DEUS COIL. IVE MATCHED IT UP WITH MY DETECTING BUDDY WHO ALSO HAS A DEUS WITH THE 11 INCH. ALL THE NUMBERS WERE THE SAME ON BOTH MACHINES AND HIS WILL PICK UP A TARGET WERE MINE WILL OR WILL NOT. THE NUMBERS ARE REALLY DIFFERENT ON BOTH MACHINES ALSO. MY FINDS HAVE DROPPED WAY OFF SINCE I PUT ON THE 11 INCH COIL COMPARE TO MY 9 INCH COIL . ANY IDEAS THAT WILL HELP ME THANKS

Sounds like you might have a problem. I believe the 11" should read about the same as the 9". Others smarter than I will chime in.

Sounds like you have a faulty coil. Have your friend pair his control box to your coil and see what happens...let us know what you discover!

I had an 11" coil that developed a problem a couple months ago, I ended up sending it back and after testing, I received a new one immediately at no charge. My problem was not a "sensitivity" issue, but a pairing issue so not exactly the same, however it speaks to the idea that the 11" could have a problem...good luck....

I took a ride yesterday to see moe at detector electronics . He checked out my 11inch dues coil and found it to be defective. He replaced it, I tried it out when I got back home and it works like it is suppose to. Moe is great to work with, I also met bill Ladd he was at the store
