Have a chance to pick a 1265x for 160 bucks, should i get it? Whats the resale? Comes with 2 coils 8 & 10

Are they nice detectors? Or shouldi keep training with my cz5?

The Cz's surpass these units by far. Stick
with that Cz 5 as it's one very good machine.
I have a Cz3d cerified by the Great Tom Dankowski
at 11.2 inches. Those Fishers are tough to beat.
Just ask Dan, The CZ man as he knows Fishers...
Best of luck!

160 dollars is a great price I'd buy it if I were you. Will it surpass a CZ NO. But it would make a good back up machine to your CZ.

Whats the resale price?

I have a 1260X from about 1984, loved it, and then went for the 1265X when one came available for $150.

I use it for a loner, and sometimes use it when the spot is full of nails, etc. That thing'll pluck coins out from the midst of those nails. I've also hit dimes at 10" with it.

Great basic detector.

Its value is what you can get for it on a given day-there is no 'redbook of detector values.'
