13" Coil Worth It?

Hi all, was wondering if buying the 13" coil worth the $? I use the 9" right now.

Thx..

I would so so. If you get the opportunities to hunt fields or wooded areas that don't have a lot of ground cover, it's a nice addition.

Guys in Europe use them to cover big field, that would be the only advantage. A friend sent me his to try, put it on, felt how front heavy it was, air tested it, no deeper, may have tried it in my test plot.

Sent it back, JMHO

It depends. If you want maximum ground coverage it's worth it. Also it's a LITTLE deeper than the other coils so if you want maximum depth potential it's worth it.

It is nose heavy compared to the other two. All of these coils are very expensive so you have to determine how important it is to you to get maximum sweep coverage and maximum potential depth.
