1875 Quarter for Todd/Charles

I had an opportunity to meet Charles & Ernie from upstate NY and Todd from Mass this afternoon for a brief hunt. We hunted a park near me where I've found many awesome coins, and I promised the men I'd post pics of an 1875 frosty white seated quarter that I found some time ago. Here it is guys!
BTW- Charles pulled out a few beauts, but I'll let him tell you and post pics if he chooses.
I popped out a couple of keepers myself- a nice 1911 Barber dime and an 1864 2 cent piece. The 2 center is soaking- I'll get pics up over the weekend.
It was a pleasure to hook up with you guys- hope we can get together again.

Jeff,
That's about as nice a coin as you can ever dig. Amazing that something like that came out of the ground. Great find Jeff. Again, it was a pleasure hunting with you. Charles and I are going to hit that park again tomorow I think. Hopefully I will have better luck tomorrow. Charles, well he's Charles. When you can use the Explorer like he can there is no luck needed. He's like a surgeon and the Minelab is his scalpel.
Take care,
Todd

Of course an Explorer XS. I was hunting the park that I brought Todd in MA down to, and he and Charles from upstate NY came down Friday. This park was established in the mid 1850's.
I was just outside of the chain link fence that surrounds a little league field and had just picked up a seated dime when I got another sweet signal- rock solid, upper right, about 8 inches. After I popped out the plug and the loose soil, I stuck my X1 probe and got the same sweet sound. I carefully dug it out and the first hint of silver showed me the obverse. I could tell it was in great shape right away, because it was frosty white. I didn't even shake off the dirt- I just put it in my vial of olive oil to protect it until I got it home, then ran it under hot water. You all saw the result!
Thanks to all for your feedback and HH to everyone!
Jeff
