Been down for abour 3 days -

Excal 1000 charger blew in a power surge from one of our power outage in California
.
Been Chargerless!!

First time in the water with the 800

Dont see much differece in depth from the 1000 - still goes deep

A lot easier to pinpoint - easy to move around the rocks.

I'll give the Excal 800 an A++++

Yes, MrChile, totally agree - that is one thing I noticed about the water forum that is not done here and really should be - that is show the whole nut! It gives you a much better feel for the work that was done in locating the treasure. Some of these guys post such nice coins, it almost makes you think they went out there and just dug great coins the whole day.

So, please folks -- show your nuts! (you know what I mean!).

Of course the other thing I like about the beach forum is the pics of the beach (especially the pics like the one of the chick wearing the thong bikini with the sunburned cheeks )
