1901 dime

Recovered with my Quattro:
One 1901 dime at a tourist hot spot in mid wales U.K.
Has been drilled for a chain to wear around neck
but still a nice find.
Has this date any scarcity?.

If it has an 'S' mint mark it may be worth a lot of money. Mint Mark is on the back if there is one. If an 'S' with a hole in it it is probably not worth nearly as much.

Unfortunately no letter just plain so quite common it seems.
Just nice to find my first U.S. Silver coin in U.K.

The 1901 barber dime was minted at three different mints.If you look on the back of the coin near the bottom middle there is a bow.Right under the bow -no letter-minted in Piladelphia.Not rare coin.Next if a O New Orleans not rare. The next one if there is a S-San Fransico is rare.Only 593,022.Hope you find a S.If you don't nice coin any way.
