Today Dad & I went off looking for a spot that has eluded us for a season or two. It's one of them outa the way spots. Not this time though. I managed to locate the owner and he granted the permission that I needed to cross his yard to get there. 2 signals into the hunt dad had a sterling ring and I had a Gold 14 K 1945 Class Ring, wow the preasure was off, for the both of us now, whewwwww. If you would like to watch the video I will have it posted up later on today. I also located a Silver Remington Knife that was cool looking, got a solid brass suspender clip ? what apears to have the PAT year of Mar 7 1871 & Nov 7 1873 I didn't know they went that far back. Maybe its a buckle? Any ideas on that one? A small religous medal and a musket ball ( Drop ) I will post the actual find of the GOLD ring later on this evening. Thanks for looking and Happy Hunting.

Great research and awesome finds! I can almost taste the great feeling you had discovering those items in a site you researched.

Take Care

is an awesome find, wonder how long it's been there? I have found many knives like yours but mine have just about fallen apart when digging them up. That buckle is a very nice find. Is that a saltwater beach? The saltwater beaches here on the Texas coast take their toll on finds like knives and even some brass. You guys got a honeyhole there. Good luck and keep us posted. John
