Yesterday was my 1st physical therapy session on my L-shoulder....The head therapist told me I have to have FULL flexibility in my L /Arm-shoulder before strengthening can begin...and I have virtually NONE to start with-SO we start over from scratch-Exercises to restore flexibility-And did I mention IT HURTS???:(One of the lady therapists was showing me around to all the different exercises I will be doing, and another lady getting therapy in there looked at me and told me"UH-OH-YOU GOT HER AS YOUR THERAPIST??" Then she went on to tell me how much this therapist will drive you in your exercising-RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER:unsure:-So I said"GOOD-THE MORE IM PUSHED,THE SOONER I WILL BE OUTTA HERE"-all the while thinking the old work-out adage:"NO PAIN;NO GAIN"....and I have the feeling I better pack my crying towels:wacko::shrug::huh:.......

Prayers for successful therapy and that the pain will be less and less for you to bear....Remember, give it all to Jesus and He will bear your pain with you! God Bless! Betty
