Hit the field at 7:15a and started where I left off last Friday. By 8a I had 2 more little Barber sisters in my water bottle, an 06s and a 14d. Besides the Memphis transit token, a piece of lead, 1919s wheat cent and a few Memorial cents and 1 clad dime, oh, and some trash, that was it for the three and one half hour hunt. F 75 LTD with set up pretty much as previous posts. HH jim tn

 Nice finds Mr. Jim.... and congrats on the new additions.

Wheres the cigars Sir ???

Thanks everyone. The LTD does seem to like those older coins. I think I am finally getting it trained. LOL jmaryt, o.k. on the "white lightening." No cellar stash, but I know an old boy up in the hills, so never fear. Good hunting everyone. HH jim tn

ok!..jim!..i guess you and him are on a "first name" basis!..(kool!)
years ago, knew a guy that used a high frequency "tr" "ground hog"
and every time we got together and talked "treasure hunting"he would tell everyone
within "ear shot" how many "barbers" he got on the last hunt."apparently".he found so many
,we changed his name to "barber bob!"..ya see,we called him that, because he ALWAYS
found barbers every time he hunted, and we knew he was "blowin' us,so we changed his name to
barber bob!..heh! heh! heh! (lol!)..just sayin!..

The guy in the hills and I aren't on a first name bases. In fact, he can be hard to find at times and for sure, one doesn't go quietly slipping into his neck of the woods. I don't know about "barber bob, but I do know, I wish I could find more of them myself. Peace! HH jim tn

heh!.hehh!.heh!..just as well jim?..wouldn't want to get "shot" by "encroaching" on the
man's "copper kettle!"..yeah!.."we think alike .jim!..love to find 'em every time out!..just sayin!
